This is an extremely heavy duty mount as descibed. All the parts and pieces were included in the packaging and it was well packed and wrapped for shipping. Exactly as described and pecfect for our needs on the trailer. We are just giving it a coat of flat black paint so that the plate will stand out well under the light. Overall - excellent.
