Shipping policy
SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
- All orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 Business days from the day it was placed unless otherwise specified in the listing. Items will ship from Rocklin, California in the United States Of America.
- When your order is ready to ship, a shipping label will be printed followed by an email with tracking information. There may be a 1-2 day delay between the shipping notification email and the tracking information being updated.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
- If you need your order shipped sooner we can do our best to get them out ASAP. Orders can be expedited next day air with associated costs. A special order will be created and emailed for payment including the additional shipping costs. We do not guarantee delivery times. Many factors can affect this that are out of our control. SHIPPING CARRIER
- Basic shipping times are 3-5 days and will be shipped USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Priority shipping times are typically 1-3 business days shipped USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Elevate Metalcraft will not cover the cost of customs duties and taxes when importing our product into other countries. That is the customers responsibility. Use a duty and tax calculator before placing your order to estimate the fees. International shipping fees will not be reimbursed when items are returned or receiver refuses delivery for any reason.
